Retailbunny.com – Black Berry Z10 ordered on March 6th,Till now no phone no Refund

Dear Team,
I have ordered a Black Berry Z10 , on March 6th 2014 with a payment of 17856 INR. Around two weeks,still the status of my order was showing preparation in progress.When I ordered the device it was around 10 days delivery time mentioned,so I thought the delay is quite normal and I didn’t did any follow up for those days.After 10 days still nothing arrives,so I just started calling them for getting the courier tracking number.After two mails and repeated calls ,the customer care never attend my calls ,and always getting the voice prompt as sale executives are busy and they will call me.But I didnt get calls ,but a mail to change my order status as refund.They didnt inform me what is the reason or why they have been for 15 days to change my status.When I called from a new number,they picked the phone and they told us that the particular black berry model is no longer available in India,and I will get my refund within 8 days.But till now nothing happened other than a system generated mail as a reply to my reminder that some executives will contact me.Even when they confirmed the stock is not available the same mobile is available in their website,with the cheapest price and thus I confirmed I was trapped.I recommended for all of you not trust this firm or please proceed to websites offering cash on delivery service only.
