Hi I booked a flat in E 2,
Tower at pasavnath exotica at gaziyabad in 2012 possession was omitted in three years bit to my surprise when I visited the site no work had started even after 5 years forget the possession I was told they even don’t have the land and it’s permission is still disputed when I asked for the refund they are denying to even refund the amount paid by me forget the penalty and interest the broker kartik real estate is also not responding to my calls.
