They are the most unprofessional people i have ever dealt. NO response from the Case officer from a month and pls see their call centre calls never land on the Case office desk and they say he/she is currently busy and would get back to you. There are no escalation points neither any responses on email.They are fooling people for money , better to go for PR thing of our own. I have enrolled them for Canada services and its pathetic..
