Builder should give atleast rent amount to owners.
Ask for compensation for this delay.File a consumer complaint in free of cost. You will get compensation of loss.

I don,t want to fight with the builders and i also requested for removal this complaint because i have facing some problem unnecessary this is third time mail for removal this complaint. pristine jalan and maple are big and genuine builders and i already says that my complaint was resolved then why you are not remove my complaint unnecessary builders reputation was damage in real estate market in last 7 days complain was not remove this is my matter so i can talk with builders i don,t want help from your side in this matter.your website complainlists.com for helping consumers but you are not helping consumers but also work like a problem creator for both side.if you did,n remove this complaint then i file a complaint in court against you
I also booked flat at neo city wagholi in august 2011 phase 2 a bldg till date we only get information about possession will be in next 2-3 months but it never materialised. I was said by mrs madhavi that possession will be in end of 2013..But in agreement it is written as mar 2014 I had paid nearly till Oct 2014, 95% of amount and kept on me home loan emi and burden.
Till today 21.04.2015 we have no information from developers side when they are going to give possession with completion and occupation certificate. I have paid nearly 2 years as rent Rs 10000.00 and how many months further don’t know. We group of 25 people sent notice to mahalaxmi shelters developer on 15.04.2015 but no reply yet.
