Not even a word or any exclamatory was changed. This is the exact wording of the message and pop ups sent out by Meru. When I completed my journey I have received a bill of Rs 1000/- so I was confident, that I will get a discount of Rs 260/- as that equals to 26%, but the driver said, its only 75rs of discount on this bill and even he was not aware where it came from. I contacted meru customer service and they say that they are giving only Rs 75 discount and not 26%. I have the image of that discount offered when you open that app with mobile data on. If you don’t believe me you can check that by yourself, and I even have the call recording, which is something I put on twitter and facebook. I have even asked 35 employees of my company to delete that app and go with OLA. I booked it with the code I have the image of accepting the booking with that code. Never go with meru. Its expensive and has commitment issues.
