Kakini Enterprises Pvt Ltd – Non refund of advance payment of Rs 5000 even after cancellation of skydiving

I had booked a slot for skydiving at Mysore on 16 Oct 2015. But due to cancellation of skydiving permission by district authority, my jamp was cancelled by Kakini Enterprises Pvt Ltd. Despite repeated assurances, they have not refunded the advance paid by me. . The person with whom i had made the appointment was Mr Sanjay Kaul (Contact number – 8130419130. I want the refund ASAP as it is already too late.
