Hi, I have been recharged my Jio number 7908222863 two times with 253 rps both the time money got debited but recharge was unsuccessful. it was mentioned that you will receive your money within two working days but still I didn’t receive any money or confirmation message. I got the mail from Jio that you w I’ll receive your refund within 7-12 days but still I didn’t get the refund its been more then 17th days.daily I am calling to Jio care and they are not giving any proper response . they daily saying you will get money by tomorrow .after two days..after 5 days.etc.. Recharge details are below First time I recharged 253 and coupon code of 50rps . 253 rps got debited but recharge was unsuccessful.
