I have purchase health policy HDFC ERGO and last year 30/12/2015 my operation mackles divertclium in kalawati hospital rewari haryana and i have submitted all relivent document in HDFC Ergo Noida office my claim no. RR – HS14 – 10273742 but company not clear my health claim i belong to poor faimly & i have paid hospital operation fees around Rs. 50000/- so please help me.
