Go Air – Lack of communication on flight cancellation and unexpected behavior from customer care

Hi All, I had booked a round trip from HYD-BBI for 3rd May-14th May on 1st April 2017 in Go AIR with PNR no EPH43A. Now coincidentally while checking for flights for my friend for same days, I could see that no flights are available for the same date. Then when I called the customer care they told me that the flights have been canceled which I was not informed through mail or text message either by GO Air or by Yatra thorugh which I booked the ticket.The way they were talking was completely irresponsible and they hung up the call once I start asking for the reason of cancellation. Email ID from which the ticket was booked: [email protected] Ticket booked through: Yatra App PNR #: EPH43A Call details(to the customer care): Date of call:12th April 2017 No: 02025662111 No from which call has been made: 7097444325 Call duration: 9 minute 6 seconds I want compensation for this irresponsibility and some action should be taken against the airlines for making their passengers suffer.
