Fabay.in – Defective and wong product sent – Now no trace of them

Hi,

I had ordered 2 products from Fabay.in – 1 was defective and the other one was a wrong product. I was given a written guarantee that they had a 7 day return policy and was told to email their customer care which I did but I have not received any reply. I tried messaging them on whatsapp and a number given on their facebook page but no one is picks up or replies.

I paid Rs.3610/- for 2 products and now I’m stuck with 2 products which are horrible. I have been cheated.
