I got placed through ECPS Pvt. Ltd. as Sr. Developer (Dot net technologies)
I am an experienced dot net developer. Few days before i went to one of the famous placement consultancy in Bangalore, for the interview of senior developer (walk in) , the receptionist who doesn’t even have the qualification to become a receptionist sent me back stating that i have one year gap in the career. I was requesting her let me at least present my skills in front of the interviewer but she literally asked me to go( here receptionist is doing screening holy crap)
Two days after this incident i got registered with Exalt Consulting( ECPS). Within 7 days they arranged 2 interviews for me and I got selected for both the companies. Though it is paid service but at least i got two golden opportunities. and grabbed what i want they took money but helped me. Also people over here are really nice. Their ethics impressed me, they recognized the good thing in me rather than pointing some deficiency in my resume.
Allah is great he wanted me to meet people at Exalt.. Allah should bless ECPS Pvt. Ltd with huge success
