I have purchased a 1.5″ LCD Car Kit Bluetooth MP3 Player SD MMC USB Remote FM
Transmitter Modulator. But the item is a defective product. The Bluetooth connectivity is not work in order, no one can’t hear me by phone calls (via this product). Again I says it is a totally defective product. I have lodge complain against this product several time and contact customer care representatives of ebay but no result. Please help me.
