I have received substandard products from the website. The products received do not match the images or the description mentioned on the company site. I have sent several mails requesting them for return of products and refund of the my money, but they ask me to return at my cost and also the money will be refunded in their wallet after deduction of some delivery charges. Whereas I have been demanding for refund in my account. The Maharashtra consumer helpline has also written several mails.
