I have order 2 Samsung j7 saprately prepaid payment total payment made was rs 14396 from big2sale.com as on 10/02/2016.
I have call many time.
On 12/02/2016 he pick up my call and say ur both the order is shipped
From 15/02/2016 till now the telephone no. Is switch off is saying.
I want cash back or produced which ever give me return but I want something back

I had also ordered samsung j7 Mobile 2 no.amounting of rs.14,396 as order no.601663. but there are no any reply from big2sale and no any tracking information. please sir atleast find out the company owner and take immidiate action against big2sale. the site was totally fake & fraud.
