No Provide Hotel Booking FRAUD FRAUD

have taken the membership of Park Royal Holiday since 2023. As per the membership, they are supposed to provide booking for 5 nights per year in a studio room at a 4-star or 5-star hotel/resort. It was informed that during Diwali and Christmas period, booking must be done 45 days in advance, and for other periods, even if booking is done 10 days in advance, the hotel booking would be confirmed.
However, till date, I have made advance booking requests 5 times at different periods, each time by email and more than a month in advance. Despite this, every time the booking is denied under the excuse of “Subject to Availability”.
This is a fraudulent company. No one should become a member.
