Wrong product delivered, no refund initiated so far

I had ordered 2Kurtis from Fevrona.com. But they have delivered 2 bad quality Sarees instead. Even after writing to them and placing return request they have not taken any action. Its been more than 10 days now and I want my money 961.84 back.
