Wrong product delivered and not responding

I am from Hyderabad I have ordered a kurti but they delivered me a cheap material 5 meters cloth piece and that to it refused by other customer in Delhi they have nicely packed on the old parcel and couriered me. I have messaged then In fb they not giving any update instead they blocked me.
I’ve ordered Gown & they have delivery very cheap quality Saree.And tried reaching them whereas there contact number is not working.
I have got wrong product and there not responding….pls help
