I got torned old saree cloth instead kurthi with order no.13064, I made so many requests but no response.

I a ordered a kurthi with order no.13064 of RS.530/-. But I received a torned old used up saree cloth bit. On that day only I informed. They said that I will get refund within 10 days. But till now no response.
I mailed for two times, but no response
