soft silk saree oder I’d 16576 and 16609

Order ID 16576 product confirmation not received from Fabnio though amount is deducted from account and has reached Fabio as per bank confirmation and also bank has provided transaction ID which states as successful on 18 sep 2018
Order I’d 16609 product received is Worst product, soft silk Saree was ordered but received material is like curtain material, want to return the product and need refund for both the orders. Fabnio is neither responding to emails nor call.
Fraud company
I ordered one saree worth RS.1100/-,I received the same today,my heart was totally broken after seeing the saree,it was not a saree,it is worser than a screen cloth I tried some more times,in this no 8116981288 ,he attended the call but that bloody idiotic fellow ask my debit card ,I never give,he ask me good question, you only ordered the product ” what can I do”,and he using bad words . it’s my mistake only so,pls don’t buy any product from this one,the photos are looking good,but the saree is not looking good,my humble request is don’t buy any saree ,this is totally waste of money,and waste of time.
