Not received goods even after 1 month

I had ordered a Salwar suit from drapino.com through online net banking. Even after 1 month, order is still not received. No refund received either. This is a fruadulent site. One MrAkshay Sigh responded to my email on 3rd August and assured me that my material is dispatched . Still not received it. Nobody picks up calls either
One of the worst sites, I have encountered.. never ever place any order and get stuck with them. Wonder how can Facebook promote such fraudulent sites without verification of their authenticity
