Fraud Company – looting money from people

“Carribean Holiday International Pvt. Ltd.” company based out of Kalkaji, Delhi is Looting people of their hard earned money in broad daylight
I’m filing a case against them in dwarka court, delhi, and all who have suffered because of them are requested to join hands with me to ensure that they learn a lesson.

I have written proofs and records of all these below mentioned points which can be submitted electronically or in printed hard copies as and when required by any party
I had been Denied proper timely services every time, and whenever I got the services, they were not up to the mark and were substandard.
1. They promised that they will give 4-5 star hotels of good brands and what they eventually give is “no-star hotel”
2. I have not been able to use the membership the whole year because they don’t have good properties and in the holiday months, they have no rooms available anywhere, any city and I had to cancel my vacation plans…
3. they took many days to confirm the bookings after multiple mails and follow ups with sales team and reservation mail id
4. They give only 03 choices of hotels which are mostly substandard… No brands(which they promise during selling the membership)
5. They made false promises at the time of the sales presentation and didn’t give me time to read the complete contract and rushed me into making the payment and signing the papers while informing that the contract would be mailed to me in detail.
I believed their words and got cheated
6. They told me initially that I would have a choice if I wanted to buy the meal in the property or not, but they were forcing me to buy breakfast during one of my booking requests.
7. I checked during Dec 24 regarding booking for
Kashmir – Not available
Jaipur – Not available
Shimla – Not available
After a long argument – Akshit(sales manager) promised that he would organize a booking for Shimla, but ignored my messages next day, And was forcing me to buy breakfast in the Shimla hotel, if booked.
8. I did’t give up on them and tried to give them another chance, and tried to book for LEH LADAKH during June’25 and they said they don’t have a hotel
there, while, at the time of selling the membership to me, I was told that they have hotels worldwide. Forget world wide, they don’t have tie-ups within our own country India? What kind of membership are these guys running?
9. When I want to book hotel rooms online, it takes me a few minutes to choose and get the confirmation on the booking, and with their reservation network system, it takes many days to get the replies and their team apologizes and says “Sorry for the delay in reply”. And this happened every time. Why should I wait and follow up every time for so long?
10. It is not only the hotel booking that has to be planned for the vacation, it is travel to reach the city and internal city travel as well, which needs to be booked and well planned in advance. And it all gets cancelled, gets expensive because of last minute delayed bookings from their end and over all delays happens because of their “slow processes”
11. I tried to give many other reasons for cancellation like I have failed business and I’m in need of money etc., just to find a way to convince their team to return my money, and their reply was a textbook reply of the line mentioned in their contract that I can cancel the contract only with a valid reason after utilizing my 2nd vacation and “None of my stated reasons are valid enough for cancellation”.
All I could use was 01 room night in the whole year from June’24 to May’25 and was asked to pay the Rs. 11000 again for the next year AMC before making any further bookings
12. I spoke to Zyhan(sales representative who sold me the package) personally, and asked him to find me a way to cancel the membership, and if it was not in his hand, then to give me a number for the higher authority, and he “Never shared the number for higher management or shared any email id with me for escalation”
And now they want me to visit their office so they can harass me even more while explaining their fraud contract again to me?
When the membership was sold to me, their sales team Zyhan and Akshit TOld me that i can cancel the contract anytime if I don’t like the services
Their mail itself said many times that I can cancel the contract with valid reason.
How many more valid reasons i need to give for membership cancellation?
They don’t find these all reasons valid enough for cancellation?
I know why they don’t find the reasons valid enough for cancellation…
Because it is their business to scam everyone
No Sir, I will not be visiting their office for getting an explanation “that there is no valid reason for cancellation”
They want me to drive all the way from my location Dwarka to your kalkaji office?
Spend more on petrol, waste my whole day, to come and plead in front of them to give me my hard earned money back?
And then also they are stating in their mail that “I can visit and them and they can explain me the reason for non-cancellation”
All he told me that I should visit the kalkaji office and “TRY”, and that was the only possible way according to him.
I tried asking him for his senior manager’s number multiple times, on different days, and he ignored and didn’t share any number.
I called their customer care, spoke to the tele caller representative, asked to speak to a senior, and I was told that senior is not available, and he will call back when available. I have never received any call back from any senior manager
13. When I threatened to take further action, Zyhan and Akshit called me and Akshit offered me an upgrade to some gold membership for free, which I refused and I clearly told them that I want nothing else but cancellation of membership, to which, they said, that they will recheck with the senior manager and confirm. There has not been even a single message/call/or follow up feedback tried from them.
This is the level of Poor customer care and after sales service.
There are multiple other issues because of which I have valid reasons for cancellation of membership
I am tired of explaining the points and reasons of Distress caused to me by their team of customer care, reservations and their Salesman Zyhan and sales manager Akshit and their company
This is a fraud company, that looted me and does that to many other customers who have complained against them on various occasions while posting negative reviews in my online platforms.
All the positive reviews are “all 5-Star*****Reviews(paid reviews)”. These are all clearly fake glorified reviews as all the reviewers have only 01 review posted with only 01 follower on all platforms. These positive reviews are hiding all the real poor reviews of the ones suffering because of them.
I have been appraised that there are many cases like mine, and their company simply ignores the customers, as their Criminal group of company is known for its peculiar modes operandi
They have wasted my precious time and money so many times and have HARRASSED ME completely in the last 01 year
This company should be banned and closed with immediate effect and all their employees should be placed behind the bars.
