Park Properties Fraud (300 Million LKR) & Police Inaction

Park Properties Pvt Ltd, a company engaged in large-scale fraud amounting to 300 million LKR, affecting 100 customers who made full payments for land but have yet to receive their deeds. Complaints have already been lodged at Mirihana, Kaduwela, and Malabe Police and escalated to the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) due to the lack of police action.

Fraud Details:
Over 100 customers have been affected, losing a total of 300 million LKR.
All affected customers paid in full but have not received the deeds to their lands.
Complaints have been filed at Mirihana, Kaduwela, and Malabe Police Stations, yet no action has been taken.
Some complaints date back two years, yet the authorities have failed to act.
Police Involvement & Inaction:
Despite the overwhelming evidence and complaints, the Officers-in-Charge (OICs) of Mirihana, Kaduwela, and Malabe Police have not taken any action. Their inaction raises concerns of potential collusion with Park Properties. Instead of addressing the fraud, they have ignored complaints and allowed the company to continue its deceptive practices.
Ongoing Fraud & New Company Formation:
Instead of facing legal consequences, Park Properties has now formed another company to continue the same fraudulent scheme, targeting new unsuspecting buyers. This is happening while the police continue to ignore the complaints, enabling the directors to defraud more people without consequence.
