Fraudulent Agreement

I want to warn others about a very concerning experience my father had with this company. He was sent a so-called “Full and Final Settlement Deed” that he never signed, but they still tried to treat it as valid. The draft was full of inconsistencies—no authorized signature, conflicting dates, and clauses that were clearly designed to waive his rights.
Because of this, the entire operation now appears extremely suspicious. We have asked for a refund and proper verification such as MCA details, GST registration, and proof of their business, but have received no genuine response.
Please be very careful before trusting them with any money or documents.
