Every time i go to get milk packet from ponlait milk parlour. The vendor asks for change of 22 rupees. If I give 30 or 25 rupees they don’t give the milk and always asks for change. No one can have exact 22 rupee change 365 days a year. There is no online payment also. Once the vendor gave the packet to me and after seeing that I have given 25 rupee, the vendor snatched the milk packet from my hand. Very disappointed with the service.
We have noticed that your ponlait ( transgender running outlet ) situated in subbaiah salai beach road, opp to fire station selling other products like goli soda, coca cola, local product water bottle and local brand juices instead of selling your brand product. We asked milk and curd but they said not available. No coffee also.
How you team allowed them to sale other product instead of selling your products.
Please take necessary actions and make sure that availablity of your all products.
As a pondicherian I used to consume ponlait products everyday from different outlets. But, I ve got a bitter experience today(15-07-25) with a ponlait staff near shivaji statue outlet. Today at 9:15 I went to the outlet to buy kulfies when I was asking to the staff without any response she simply closed the shutter like humiliating. When I was asking about this she was started to shout at as like I am goona close the shop. I clearly said that you could have told us insted of closing the shutter in that way but she was keep on arguing with us. And finally she gave the kulfis. This is not the first time she has been doing this kind of thigs for a long time. Most of the customers are facing this kind of this with that lady. So, I kindly request the management to take a strict action towards the conserned person. As a consumer I would be greatful if it’s done. Thankyou.
