AJIO.com is a branded eCommerce site, where you can get branded products of good quality as they demands, so I decided to bought a pair of jeans which would cost me worth of Rs 2100, but the delivery of the products took 1.5 weeks to reach to me than the time they provided me to deliver the product, but when I opened the packet I found that the pant was below average, it was not the jeans that I have ordered I ordered by watching pure jeans and it was written it was pure jeans on the site, but the product delivered to me was of cotton jeans and I also investigate in the market that the price of the jeans pant will worth cost about Rs800 and it took Rs 1300 more from me, so cheap poor quality, now whenever I wear the pant I always regretted of AJIO that why I have bought this?not only that there were many a problems with the customer service when the product was coming late I informed them but they always tried to change their words, now again when I complaint about the product they told that I have ordered cotton jeans but I have ordered the pure jeans, Fake site doing delivery late and product also poor like the site, never loads fast it has a little unique design than other eCommerce site Design of the site is not bad as they have to gain the customers! but though the products were very bad not a reliable site, as you can’t trust this site with its products. Dont get influenced by their website layout!
