Hi, My name is Gaurav Sharma and I had placed an order for Samsung Power bank 25000mAh LED Light with 64GB Memory card with vide order/shipment no. #117297000353708, on the website, ZONIIC.COM The item received by me is not in order as promoted by the company on social websites and shown by them on their website, ZONIIC.COM. The product I have received is totally different in model and in regard to the image also, as shown on the company website, ZONIIC.COM. There is no memory card (Samsung 64GB) and data cable in the packet received by me, as shown and detailed by the company on their website. In addition to above, the power bank is of too much inferior quality and stands nowhere in terms of quality standards, parameters and service aspects. There is no code or markings on the product related to its information or genuinity. I find it a clear case of cheating and fraud since they have used a brand name to provide an impression of being genuine on their fake and inferior products, beings sold on their website. Hence I would like to request the company to take back their product and refund my amount in full otherwise I shall have no option left but to register a complaint against ZONIIC.COM in the consumer court. A screenshot of the product shown on website and the images of product delivered by the company officials have been enclosed herewith for your kind reference and perusal.
