YEPME – Product delivery problem

I have booked a product from yepme online shooping on 1st October 2015 and paid an amount of Rs. 1095/- using my credit card. The payment was successful and the order Id is: 15359985. I even got the confirmation mail from yepme on the same day. In it, the expected delivery date was mentioned as October 5th, 2015.

Today is 13th October, 2015. Even now, I did not get the parcel.

When I tried to track the parcel online, it showed the parcel has been handed over to DotZot DTDC Courier with tracking number 700001397376. The contact number of the courier was not included in it. The status of the parcel was “In Transit”. Even it is showing the same now.

I have contacted the local DTDC courier office (Narsapur, Medak District, Telangana State). That person suggested me to contact Balnagar, Hyderabad DTDC Courier Office. In turn these people suggested me to contact Rudraram DTDC Courier Office. When I have contacted him, he said that the parcel has been sent to Zaheerabad to wrong address and he even does not know why the parcel was sent to zaheerabad and it came back to Rudraram DTDC Office and he said that he has sent it to DTDC R.Office, Uppal, Hyderabad. When I contacted them, there was no proper reply on the status of the product.

Then I directly contacted the customer care number from yepme site itself today (13.10.15) at 2.11PM. After speaking for 15 minutes, she told me that the parcel was returned to the warehouse mentioning the reason as “the recipient was out of station”.

I did not get even a single mail or call or message from either DOTZOT DTDC or YEPME up to now regarding the dispatch or delivery or reachability. On 10th October, I have lodged a complaint for fast delivery of the product from yepme. The complaint number was 2139347. Up to now, even I did not get any response regarding the complaint. I neither got any information from yepme nor from any courier.

Today i.e., on 13.10.15, when I myself called the customer care of yepme, the representative told me that the parcel got returned to the warehouse ( I did not have information on this) and she also told that she would like to raise a request on behalf of me to initiate the refund for it. She also told that the product cannot be delivered to the specified address. If it cannot be delivered, I do not know why these people have confirmed the order and gave the confirmation mail. Even the amount was deducted from my credit card. She said that it will take more 10 to 14 working days to get the money credited back to my account.

Kindly do the needful and please see that it should not happen with any other customers
