So I bought a smartwatch as described in the website. When I received it, it was totally a different product as shown in description. I try to connect with the Fraudalent team @Xank.in. They inform no refunds or replacement. I wen to social media and gave a complaint. Think about it within 20 seconds they call and apologize. They told me they cannot refund if they will refund they will chrge Rs. 300/- for which the customer comes in loss. I denied and asked for compensation for which they said they will provide a Mi Band 2 and 600 Rs. discount in the next order. I accept it for which I hd to delete the post and give positive review. Its been 2 weeks no product came. So here the people who get crried away with the post in instagram and facebook with the smartwatch provided by @Xank.in please stop being mindwashed as they are a big cheat. @Xank.in @consumer_complaint. Fake and fraudlent company playing with the customer’s money. If I just could give the call recordings in this coloumn you would understand how they play fool to the consumere. @India @Xank.in Fake company providing fake business
