Smart watch which is local product and they are not returning there product
I want to return the product but from two days your customers care service boys are not helping me properly and now my call is not receiving by any one while purchasing you don’t need any kind of mail or anything but while returning it you need mail and etc. Flipkart, amazon, myntra & etc are give much better service than you because they are supporting to customers and shortout the problems of customers but you were not supporting or giving service after purchasing goods to me. I hope you will help me please now help because now i am help less you were not receiving my calls and not replying to mail also please help me i want to return the product and need refund againts it

Dear xank has delivered very bad quality product (Total China made) and very poor customer service. even they deliver not working watches. i am giving this Geniune feedback to xank.
description:- i order smart watch to after checking out the descripton in this black smartwatch and salient feartures, but i recived white band watch even not working watch i complaint to customer care they said we dont have any option for black we have only white color. when i tell to her watch is not working then executive disconnect the call and till now call is not able to connect.
please dont buy any product from xank, fake shopping website,fake products
