I have order product seeing the online image given in there website but product i got was of very bad quality from them. I need to return the product but while dropping mail that’s the only contact point given in there website the mail is getting bounced. Look like total fake game all together
I purchased a dress of worth Rs 1,681 on 20/06/2018 for my cousin from drapino.com. I paid Rs 1,681 using Axis debit card ending. The product I received doesn’t matches with the product advertised on their website. I requested the merchant to process return request and as well as refund through email. They denied to refund my money. Fraudulent merchant. 100% cheating.

Very bad service as wel as bad product. The product order after pic on Fb, but material not at matching with it. It’s with poor quality. Pls take ur material and refund my money..
