I had placed a order on your site 1 power bank (25000 MAH) Company Name Samsung & 1 earphone (Sony) for more clarification see the attachment file,So i received the goods today when i was open the courier than i was shocked power bank which i had received is a 3rd class brand instead of Samsung brand and when i was see there condition it was like a non usable goods the power bank was brooked from inside & outside both,secondly that earphone which i had ordered is a SONY MDR-ZX110A WHITE instead i had received Intex company earphone which parts are not completed and also broken from outside.I didn’t think ever that your company done these thinks with me,i am requested you to kindly give the correct goods to me other wise if your company haven’t these brand and uploading the fraud images to attract the customer’s in that case your company should be closed ASAP.
