I have given order (R168045444) of three dresses and paid 1800 on 9th March 2015. Waited for almost 20 days for the delivery or any kind of intimation from voonik. but I didn’t get any response from them. Then I called to voonik team and asked to cancel my order and for refund on 29th March 2015.they said that I will get conformation mail regarding my cancellation within 24 to 48 hours. But then I didn’t receive any mail. Again I called them on April 1st 2015. They were saying the same that I will be getting a mail within 24 to 48 hours.even the team is speaking so harshly with me. I mean so rude to me.please help me regarding this issue as soon as possible.
