Hi, a service by the name of hotshots has been activated on my mobile phone without my consent and I don’t even know about this service. When called customer care they are just saying that I have activated it however I never activated any service on my phone. And an amt of 49rs has been deducted from my balance. I havw deactivated the service however didnt get my money back so I need my money back in my phone 7837876591

This hotspot service has been activated on my number without my consent and that for 2-3 times.. Each time I texted stop to deactivate it but it dint work.. And each time rs 45 has deducted from my balance.. This is wired and intolerable.. I want my balance back on my Vodafone number
