Recently I got monthly bill for my Vodafone connectin, in this I found hotshot download charge ₹98
but I don’t know any hotshot service and I never request for this service to Vodafone however company added this charge to my bill so it is fraud from company to customer and I cannot contact any authorised person of Vodafone to resolve this matter
