Vodafone – Getting messages about the request on hold for hotspot even though did not request fir

I am getting messages from Vodafone that they are holding my request of activating hotspot which i haven’t requested for…i have checked the forum and a lot of people a complaining about it…please gake some action… expecting a call from Vodafone customer service after raising this complaint
