ordered facial cleaner for my wife. Paid CC online via their web portal, money taken & posted to my account. The site looked good, had email and message center. never received product, cannot contact; its impossible.
I ordered a facial pore cleanser and I never received the order, moreover my order couldn’t even be traced using the tracking number I was provided with. This site needs to shut down. It’s absolutely outrageous! It’s just another internet scam!
I order the facial pore cleaner from The Vanity Planet, I received a comfimation email from the company stating my product was on the way. After a couple of weeks I sent them an email letting them know I had not received my order and requesting a tracking number, I have email them a total of three times with no response. Buyer beware I think this company is a sham.

I, too, ordered a facial pore cleanser from this site and emailed them a week ago with no answer once it didn’t show up. Well, I just learned the site is shut down and when I tried to email them again, the email bounced back. I put in a dispute with my credit card company and contacted Shopify, the platform they did business on.
