I am avinash sirigari. On 30th august 2015 i have booked my tickets from hyderabad to bangalore. The tickets was not booked but money debited from debit card Rs.3,367.00 I got a message that “TSRTC regret to inform you that transaction in OPRS is failed at payment gateway. Ref.No.:3013745811 Amount:3,367.00 Bank Ref. No.:41718026 And authorized the amount will be credited in 1-14 working days. I didn’t get my money so far. I have made a call to customer support number manytimes but they are not resonding properly. and I have attached my bank statement . So kindly refund my money as soon as possible ph….07090575043
