TSRTC – Rude behavior of bus driver towards a girl and not followed rules despite taking a ticket

I boarded the bus number at Shamshabad: AP 28Z 4820 and took ticket to Lakshmi Nagar, Hyd. The bus driver was very rude and did not stop the bus at Lakshmi Nagar bus stop. He stopped the bus at Mehdipatnam, which is nearly a KM away from Lakshmi nagar. I’m a girl and had to walk all the way from Mehdipatnam to Lakshmi nagar, late in the night. When I asked him to stop at Lakshmi Nagar, he said that he wouldn’t stop and behaved rudely. When I asked for his name, he did not reply. This happened on 8/12/15. People like him make us lose trust in Govt. operated services! Pls look into the matter.
