TSRTC is ignoring the public welfare for providing the bus shelters for the people at bus stops , there are many places where bus shelters in bus stop for public are not avaialable and public need to bear the hot sun and rain waiting for the bus , places like erragadda , moosapet , hitech city are some of the places where the bus shelters are not even provided , this is very much concern TSRTC should consider and provide the bus shelters for public who are the main source of income to TSRTC.And also one ticket conductor on a day has booked ticket for a person from the previous 2 bus stop instead of the boarding stop of the person due to non availability of ticket change

This is a passenger from New nagole. There is complaint regarding the bus shelters at new nagole TSRTC bus stops which are to be considered and done asap.The shelters which were there before was also removed and the passengers are facing a lot of problems due to sunny climate.so please kindly take this into consideration,as there is no other option than waiting for boarding the bus.

My name is Sudhakar Reddy,staying at Karmanghat.I am requesting the TSRTC please put the buses from LB nagar stop to IS Sadan.So many people coming the seven seater autos.They are going wrong side from Sagar ring road to LB nagar and same.Almost in every 5 minuts 8-10 passengers are going on auto.Hence i am requesting you please arrange the rtc buses on this line.I will wait for your reply.
