TSRTC – NON REFUND OF DOUBLE DEBIT

I HAD BOOKED E TICKET FOR 2 PERSONS FROM HYD TO VJA ON 23 JULY 2015 THROUGH MY INTERNET BANKING OF SBI.

MY SBI ACCOUNT WAS DEBITED BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING. SO I CALLED THE HELPLINE IMMEDIATELY. I WAS TOLD THAT MY TRANSACTION WAS UNSUCESSFUL. SO THE TICKET BOOKING WAS NOT COMPLETE.
THEY ASKED ME TO BOOK TICKET AGAIN AND ALSO ASSURED ME THAT THE ERRONEOUS DEBIT WILL BE REFUNDED TO ME.
I BOOKED TICKET AGAIN.SECOND TIME I GOT A CONFIRMATION AND TICKET NUMBER ALSO.
FINALLY I COULD NOT ACTUALLY TRAVEL THAT DAY DUE TO SOME PERSONAL REASONS.
SO I CANCELLED THE TICKET FOR WHICH I GOT CONFIRMATION.
THE AMOUNT WAS REFUNDED TO ME.
BUT THE DEBIT FOR MY UNSUCCESSFUL TRANSACTION HAS NOT BEEN REFUNDED TO ME TILL DATE.
I HAVE BEEN SENDING MAILS REGULARLY IN THIS REGARD TO THE SUPPORT TEAM AT TSRTC, BUT TILL DATE NO RESOLUTION HAS BEEN GIVEN.
NOW THEY TELL ME THAT MY FIRST TRANSACTION WAS ALSO SUCCESSFUL AND A TICKET HAS BEEN GENERATED FOR THAT . THEN WHY WAS I NOT GIVEN THE TICKET NUMBER WHEN I CALLED THEM ON THAT DAY?
I WOULD NOT HAVE BOOKED THE TICKET FOR SECOND TIME IF I KNEW THAT THE TICKET WAS ALREADY BOOKED.
SINCE I HAVE NOT BEEN INFORMED ABOUT THE TICKET NUMBER AND I HAVE NOT TRAVELLED THAT DAY, I SHOULD BE PAID AT LEAST 50% OF THE FARE?
