Metro bus no.211w bearing reg no.ap11z7191 conductor and driver has ran into our parked car(bumper).The conductor was giving directions to driver to take reverse but the conduct did not stop the driver or indicated him that our car was at the back. Kindly look into the issue of recklessness of driver and conduct. Our car is slightly damaged.

And my complaint is bus not stopped at psml colony

Sir i am travelling in 8823 service number bus (hyderabad-sattupally) .our bus driver name is Raffi.
He was not doing his job properly. Shouting on passengers and he stop oir bus in khammam bus station for more than half and hour. Even there is no vacany he allowing many passengers into bus. So please kindly go through my request and take action on him
