Payment made online, product not delivered.my order number is 100031787-1, order placed on 7/02/17, via online payment for a silver nosepin.received a message on 13/02/17 that parcel is on its way and that it’s a cod order.i tried to contact the number given olbut noone picks up .Mailed 3-4 times but no one replies.its a fraud company.
