Tata Sky – No Signal

my tata sky is not showing channels properly, lot of disturbance is coming in channels. I even gave missed call on the number which is being shared by tata sky for the signal problem coming after upgrading their software. a message came to me stating that your work ordr details will be shared soon, but nothing has been done yet, its been 24 hours that i have given call on 08899888998 but nothing has been done and 48 hours approx i am having this problem.

Moreover i log in their website mytatasky.com and gone to helpdesk and was willing to do live chat with an agent but they for the first three time said live that is not available but on forth attempt i was in queue and the queue length was 99. i waited for half an hour approx and when queue length was 2 they said they are offline now and same process was done twice with me.

I have add on connection also , what i mean to say is both the TV is our home are not working and we have to pay for lack of service of tata sky also.

Why they are charging for these days when they are unable to provide service to customers??

  1. Try all sources SMS, missed call, website. I too was facing the signal issue problem. Received an SMS from Tata Sky about a signal issue – followed the instructions and this got sorted pretty quickly. Just faced 1 day of problem.
