Tata Sky – NO Signal from dish of tata sky

Account No.1137040398 I have made a complaint thro my regd mobile 9498052363 about No siganl on 14th Dec 15 and there is no response till 17th and i further complaint on 17th and to my surprise i was told that my complaint got closed.Is this the way Tata sky work and close the file before any job done? what is the priority given to customer who pay? To all my surprise, i have received a message on 18th stating the work order no.LQBCAYW is completed and cahrged and debited rs.170/- to my account.This is not the correct business ethics followed by TATA’s and it is punishable under IPC for deficiency is service and cheating. i want this to get completed before 19th otherwise, i will proceed in court of law for the mental agony suffered by me for this type of service rendered by TATA’s.   1. no signal from dish of tatasky unable to view audio or video pls rectify immediatelt. we have also have enough recharge balance.
