I ordered Shoes on 23/12/2015 and received my products on 04/01/2016 which is of bad quality(one shoe was completely worn out).
I raised an exchange request on the same day of delivery(i.e. 04/01/2016) but still till today(22/01/2016) nobody came to pick the order and deliver the requested exchange order.
I tried to communicate many times through mail but still no action has been taken care.
I want authorities to take correct actions against it.
