Street Style Store – Wrong product delivery & bad qaulity

I ordered one boots from street style store(sss) on 18th dec 2015. I got it by 25th dec 2015 but there was some default in the product. I requested them for an exchange on 30th dec 2015 and i got it by 16th jan 2016 but time allotted to me was 8th jan 2016. After late delivery they delivered me some other boots. I mailed them twice after that but nobody replied to my mail. I even called them but nobody anwsered my call. I waited for their reply quite long but till now nobody has replied.
