I made a purchase from this site on 14th January of footwear. I was supposed to get delivery in 3-21 days. As i keep shopping from other sites too, I made the payment first. But now I am contacting customer care for the tracking of my products…I am not getting any response from their side, after dropping so many mails. I received only 1 email from Sagar Choudhary ([email protected]).. that it will take 3-21 days.. now the 21 days have also passed…I am unable to track the product delivery status, nor I can raise refund request through site nor I am getting reply from customer care.
Kindly solve the issue with this fake company….
