snapdeal.com/ Xolo Era – returning the product

Hello I am SURENDRA SINGH RANA from AGRA Recently I was purchase a cell phone Xolo Era from snapdeal.com product order id is 7440167081 and that was a first sell so as a look I like this cell phone in the add but there is everyone configuration are not mention but I purchase but when I get this mobile handset so its quality is very poor like camera quality is very poor, battery life is also poor so after seen the mobile I was register a request for returning according to 15days return policy but they refused my request and only give me the excuse that we can not return this product so this is a completely cheating with me and the cell phone original cost is Rs.4499 and I got this phone with Rs.4494 even this is not my first purchasing on snapdeal.com but they react like this with a customer so I requested to you please take an action against snapdeal if it will possible.
