I read all the complaints. I too placed an order for a saree for 430. But I was stunned when I opened the cover. Since the saree color is entirely different from the img shown in their site. I just sent a mail to them. They immediately asked me to return the saree with tag. I too did the same and my money was credited within a week. But here all are telling that more than a month we are not receiving the refund. Thank God. I got back my money. I think compare to Voonik, shop clues purchase is always better to me
