i have ordered 5 pieces of induction cookware from shopclues with order no:74349085 and I received mail from shopclues stating that my order is handed over to Book my packet courier with tracking no:95978067.I placed the order on Nov 3 2015 and my expected delvery date was Nov 18 2015.I didnot even receive my order till date.On 18th Nov 2015,I received mails and messages stating that my order delivery is done.
I raised my concerns with shopclues customer care team and every day I call they are updating that my order is delivered and later on if I clearly explain that i didnot receive it,they ask for a deadline of 48 hours.
